The location of this riad is fantastic, with easy access to many landmarks and in a neighborhood where you can immerse yourself in Moroccan life. the rooms are spacious and clean, with a Moroccan decor that adds to the authentic experience. the staff are friendly and provide helpful recommendations for exploring the area. the breakfast, though limited in options, is a nice touch and the service is attentive.

The noise isolation in the rooms could be better.

The staff was wonderful! The room was clean and inviting, and the place as a whole was absolutely beautiful! it would have been nicer if the fireplace was lit because it was cold that evening but even so, it was a wonderful atmosphere and we hope to return. The staff is there to please and will go above and beyond to be certain their guests are cared for!

We arrived after dark and finding the place for the first time was a bit of a task even though there were signs. It will be much easier next time.

Extremely personable staff - a family that welcomes you as family. They even drove me to the airport because they were going anyway to pick up a relative. Nice rooms, courtyard and terrace. Nice breakfast with fresh omelette.

No windows (possibly in any rooms) that don't look into the public courtyard, but I think this is common for riads in general. Longer walk to the center of the medina and restaurants than other riads I stayed in in Marrakech and other cities in Morocco. In short, if you are staying for a few nights, no problem for the little longer walk, but if staying for just one night, it's a little too inconvenient. Highly recommend Riad Jona put a sign on the main street/intersection; I had no means of calling or coordinating to meet them at the medina gate, so that missing sign would have saved me unnecessary grief.

Everybody at the riad was professional, friendly, personable and helpful. The riad 's location is perfect: private yet close to shopping areas. The food was delicious and the staff attentive yet not overbearing. It was a delightful stay. Will be back. The Liebrand family

We had an very nice stay here. Close to the centre but far enough away to be peaceful, we enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to almost all attractions in this city. The hotel facilities, including the jacuzzi and hammam, were great and added a luxurious touch to our stay. The cleanliness of this place was perfect, with well-maintained and beautifully decorated rooms. The staff were pretty good too make us feel welcome and were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to our days of exploration.

    All was perfect.

A very friendly welcome from the French owner and his staff. Good atmosphere with relaxing rooftop terrace complete with small pool to escape the crowds of Marrakech. Walk to the main square takes about 10 minutes. Ask the owner to arrange transport from the airport to get you from door to door as, like most Riads in Marrakech, it would be almost impossible to find without a local to guide the way.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even organized a romantic dinner for us with candles and rose petals. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options.

The smell from the bins outside the hotel could be unpleasant at times, especially in the heat. some of the streets leading to the hotel were uneven and might be challenging for people with mobility issues.

Riad Jona is an oasis in the Medina. The perfect location to escape the heat and noise of the city. We stayed in the suite as a family of 4 ( with 2 teenagers) it was perfect. Air con was much appreciated. The breakfasts are delightful, the staff very helpful and the whole Riad charming. We ate in 1 night on the roof terrace and the food was excellent. The roof terrace is beautiful and we all enjoyed the small pool. After a day in the Souks and dinner in the main square the roof terrace is a lovely place to end the day with a chilled glass of wine watching the sun go down over the city. It is a short walk to most places of interest in a quiet street.

. However, we were a bit disappointed with the room as it was really basic. No TV, not fridge, just a simple corner for shower, and not even a shower curtain.. nothing to hold the shampooing and soap liquid.. quite basic.. the toilet that gives on the patio is quite embarrasing.. well for a night it is ok. the riad is well located, not far from the main market place, but the street where the riad is located, is very dirty, there was always a dirty overflowing bin, full of thrash.. stinking. and loads of cats, poos..

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff here went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They provided excellent service from the moment we arrived until the minute we left. The hotel's location was perfect, as it allowed us to immerse ourselves in the local culture and experience Moroccan life firsthand. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was bustling with activity, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby souk and markets. The hotel itself was stunning, with a beautiful pool area and a rooftop terrace that boasted breathtaking views of the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the traditional Moroccan touches and the European-inspired amenities. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Everyone was so hospital and welcoming from the owner Julienne to the riad staff ranging from Bashir the driver who picked us up from the train station to Mohammed and Jawadd who waited on us at the riad. Their English was great and the riad was beautiful with the rooftop with pool with great views and bar available. The only thing I would recommend is that they have more trash cans in the room. There was only one in the bathroom and it was small. I would highly recommend this riad!

When we got to the Riad Jona in the evening the atmosphere was very romantic with lots of candles and rose paddles in a little pool. Upon arrival we got served the traditional mint tea. The owner (Julien, he is French) and his wife were extremely welcoming. Julien took the time to show us around the whole house. He gave us a free map of the city and explained all the 'do's' and 'don't s' to us. The room we stayed in is very nicely decorated. On the roof top is a pool. The water is very clean but (in March) quite cold too. Breakfast is great and plentiful. We had dinner ones as well. It is very delicious and worth having but a little expensive. All staff is very helpful and friendly. The Djemaa el-Fna is only about 5 min walking away. When you arrive by Taxi it is best to take one of the men waiting to take your luggage for you. They can show you where the Riad is.

Nothing. We've had a great time!
